mail1.americas1 IP change

One of our e-mail server’s IP got blacklisted with no fault on our own. Our data center provider has resolved the issue with the client but could not remove the black listing of the entire network. Therefore we have been assigned a new IP network.

Being on IP black list means that some e-mail servers are not accepting e-mails from our server mail1.americas1.secure22.com.

On July 14, 2017 at 01:00 am UTC+0 we are going to change the IP from 155.94.214.69 to 96.47.224.122.

Since both IPs will work simultaneously at least for a week we do not expect any down time.

If you use our DNS servers there is no action required by you, we will change all the DNS records for you. If you use non-payperhost DNS servers, please update the corresponding DNS records.

Thank you
